Effective Date: June 24, 2026. Last Updated: July 7, 2026. By accessing, visiting, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the practices described herein, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and any other agreements or policies that may apply to your relationship with BluSol.
01 Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through: our website and online properties; contact forms and inquiry submissions; investor, partner, and business development communications; webinar, event, and educational content registrations; requests for presentations, reports, or informational materials; marketing and outreach activities; and other interactions related to BluSol and its business operations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services that may be linked from our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
02 Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including: name; email address; telephone number; company or organization name; professional title; business contact information; event registration information; investor, partner, or business inquiry information; communications submitted through forms, emails, or other channels; and any other information you choose to provide. You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
03 Information Collected Automatically
When you access or interact with the Services, we or our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including: IP address; browser type and version; device type and identifiers; operating system; referring and exit pages; pages viewed and interactions taken (such as clicks, scrolls, and time on page); dates and times of access; session information; and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. If session-behavior analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity are enabled, they may also record aggregated interactions, mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior in order to help BluSol improve the Services. This information may be collected through cookies, tag managers, analytics tools, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.
04 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from: analytics providers; marketing and business development partners; social media platforms; event organizers and referral sources; publicly available sources; service providers; and other business partners. We may combine information collected from different sources and use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
05 How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services and to support our legitimate business activities. Depending on the nature of your interaction with BluSol, we may use personal information to: respond to inquiries and requests; provide requested materials and information; manage business, investor, partner, and vendor relationships; administer events, webinars, and educational content; personalize user experiences; analyze website usage and performance; improve our communications, operations, and services; conduct internal research and business analytics; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or security incidents; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; protect our rights, property, personnel, and business operations; and enforce our terms of service and other agreements. Where permitted by law, we may also send updates, educational content, event invitations, company news, and other communications that may be relevant to your interests.
06 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, web beacons, tag managers, analytics tools, and similar technologies ("tracking technologies") to collect information regarding your interaction with the Services. Depending on configuration, the technologies used may include: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate usage measurement; Google Tag Manager (GTM) for managing tag deployment; Microsoft Clarity for session-behavior analytics such as heatmaps and interaction patterns; and marketing or advertising pixels. These technologies may be used to: operate and secure the website; remember preferences and settings; analyze website traffic and visitor behavior; improve website functionality and performance; measure engagement with content; and support marketing and communication activities where permitted by law. Categories of cookies used on the Services include strictly necessary, analytics, marketing, and functional. Where required by applicable law, analytics and marketing technologies remain inactive until you provide consent through our cookie preferences banner. You may manage cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer, and you may also manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain portions of the Services.
07 Third-Party Embeds and Widgets
The Services include embedded third-party widgets used to support inquiries and scheduling, including forms and a calendar booking widget provided by LeadConnector (also known as GoHighLevel or "GHL"). When you interact with these embeds — for example, by submitting a contact or investor request form, or by booking a meeting through the calendar widget — information you submit is processed both by BluSol and by the third-party provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. Loading these widgets may also cause the third-party provider to place cookies or collect technical information such as IP address, device information, and interactions with the widget. BluSol does not control the practices of third-party providers and encourages you to review their privacy policies before submitting information or booking meetings.
08 Managing Your Cookie Preferences
BluSol displays a cookie preferences banner the first time you visit the Services. From that banner, you can: accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or open the preferences panel to individually enable or disable analytics, marketing, and functional categories. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because they are required for the site to function. You can reopen the preferences panel at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer. Where Google Consent Mode is configured, BluSol initializes analytics and advertising storage as denied until you consent, and updates them based on your selections. Your consent choices are stored locally in your browser and will apply on your next visit until you change or clear them.
09 How We Disclose Personal Information
BluSol does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, consultants, and vendors that assist us in operating our business, including website hosting, analytics, communications, event management, customer support, security, and administrative services. We may also disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy proceeding, or similar corporate transaction. Additionally, we may disclose personal information where necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, investigate security incidents, or prevent unlawful activity. We may also disclose personal information where you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.
10 Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including business, legal, accounting, security, and compliance purposes. The length of time we retain personal information depends on several factors, including: the nature of our relationship with you; the purpose for which the information was collected; any ongoing business or communication needs; applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations; and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When personal information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable laws and our record retention practices.
11 Data Security
BluSol maintains reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission over the internet, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage users to exercise caution when transmitting information online. By providing personal information to BluSol, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
12 International Data Transfers
BluSol may collect, process, store, and transfer personal information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we, our affiliates, or our service providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in countries that may have different data protection laws than those of your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, BluSol will implement appropriate safeguards designed to protect personal information during international transfers.

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the right to: access personal information we maintain about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion of certain personal information; request restriction of processing; object to certain processing activities; request data portability; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and opt out of marketing communications. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before responding to a privacy request. Certain requests may be denied or limited where permitted by applicable law. California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain information regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information.
15 EEA and United Kingdom Rights
Individuals located in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
16 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional, administrative, legal, security, or service-related communications when necessary.
17 Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by BluSol. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or information handling practices of such third parties. Your interactions with third-party websites and services are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of use.
18 Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business, educational, and informational purposes and are not directed toward children under the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child without appropriate authorization, we may take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to BluSol, please contact us so that appropriate action may be taken.
19 Changes to This Privacy Policy
BluSol reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy and, to the extent permitted by law, your acceptance of its terms.
